LA PERLE DU CAP is located on the North Caribbean coast of Martinique, known for its mythical black sand beaches. The Misik apartment offers you all the comfort and tranquility necessary for 2 people.

The Wonm apartment is located in a secure private property LA PERLE DU CAP housing 3 independent bungalows and 2 adjoining apartments. Its heated swimming pool (reserved exclusively for the tenants of the 2 apartments) will know how to soothe you day and night. In the background, its magnificent panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea will provide you with escape and relaxation. A private parking lot of one place will allow you to park next to your apartment.

For security reasons, children are not allowed.

LA PERLE DU CAP is located in the town of Case-Pilote, 33 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Fort-de-France by car.

From the apartment, count only 2 minutes by car to reach the village of Case-Pilote. You will find a bakery, a pharmacy, the fish market (regular arrivals of fresh fish), the oldest Catholic church of the island (17th century) classified as a historical monument, a mini-market... You will also discover several restaurants with their feet in the sand or with an unobstructed view of the sea offering a variety of cuisines that will delight you.

If you need calm, relaxation and serenity, LA PERLE DU CAP will be the ideal place for your vacations in all intimacy.

The newly built Misik apartment is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 travelers.

This 35m2 apartment opens onto a living room equipped with a connected TV with the possibility of connecting to Netflix, a sofa and a connected music speaker.

The night space is composed of a beautiful double bedroom, air-conditioned and equipped with a storage closet and an iron, it will offer you peaceful and cool nights.

The room has a Queen size bed 160x200cm.

The lovely bathroom is composed of an Italian shower, a bathtub and toilet.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances... You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

A charcoal barbecue awaits you for your grills next to the pool (small bag of charcoal provided).

Sit on the terrace table and enjoy a meal in an idyllic, quiet and soothing setting.

For your moments of relaxation, deckchairs are waiting for you to sip a ti-punch by the pool.

For your comfort, the owner puts at your disposal household linen, towels and bath towels.

Nearby activities

Ideally located, the Misik apartment offers you the possibility to access many varied activities. Whether you are sporty or looking for calm and relaxation, you will find your happiness nearby.

You will be able to discover, at 20 minutes by car, the town of Saint-Pierre, former capital of the island called at the time "Petit Paris", destroyed by the eruption of the Pele Mountain in 1902. You can walk in the town near the ruins of the theater or the church, go diving and explore the wrecks of the boats sunk during the eruption, or visit the Franck Perret museum dedicated to this disaster.

In Carbet, accessible in 15 minutes by car, you can visit the unique Zoo of Martinique, hike in the rainforest and reach the waterfall of Saut d'Eau du Carbet (100 meters high, it is worth a visit). You can then go to the Neisson Distillery, and visit the production facilities of one of the best white rums of Martinique. Tastings are possible and there is a nice store where you can do your shopping.

A 2 minute drive will take you to the town of Case-Pilote where you can walk around, discover the charming Gaston Monnerville square with its beautiful fountain, and stroll along the beach. Whether you are a snorkeler, an experienced diver or a beginner, the diving club will take you to different spots, according to your level, to contemplate the turtles, the lobsters, explore the marine caves or the wrecks... Wonderment guaranteed. Excursions in the open sea are possible to meet cetaceans (depending on the period).

At the end of the day, you can admire the magnificent sunset from the viewpoint of Case-Pilote or from the carbet.
